We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to use a product or program, dissatisfaction with results, or any other discretionary reason.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are available once a purchase is made, regardless of whether the product has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Payment Plans

Where you have enrolled via a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments in full. 6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you hold as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded by law.

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy where a product or service has a major failure — meaning it is significantly different from what was described, is unfit for purpose, or has a serious defect that could not have been anticipated at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will provide a remedy in accordance with our ACL obligations.

ACL remedies apply in exceptional circumstances only and do not extend to dissatisfaction with program content, outcomes, or personal results.

If you believe you have an ACL claim, contact us at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact:

7. Technical Issues
